Shake yer money maker!!

My soon to be divorced friend stopped by last night for a cocktail. She was all fired up and wanted to go dancing. DH wouldn't go. Too tired. I went with her. Got my very exhausted butt up out of the chair and went with her. We ended up going to Tulalip Casino because I knew there was a band there and we are both too old for hip hop. The Retros were playing. They are an 80's cover band. www.theretros.com Actually got out there and shook my patootie quite a bit. Gotta say though that the guys there were pretty lame. There were tons of women there of all ages and sizes that were dancing and sitting together. The guys lurked around the perimeter drink in hand, staring at the dance floor and the women. There were guys out there dancing but they seemed to be the ones that came with their lady friends/wives. I had an image of that cartoon vulture from Looney Tunes staring at its prey when I'd look around the room. Kinda creepy.

Today I've begun cleaning the house, laundry, etc. so I can have the afternoon free. To do what I haven't decided but the chores will be done. Have a good weekend.
