Happy Moms day to all the Moms!
And might I suggest margarita cake! I made one for a Cinco de Mayo potluck at work and YUMMO! Found it on allrecipes.com and it was so good! I also didn't have any vegetable shortening to grease the bundt pan so I used lard...note to self, it really worked well and made the crust just a little more crispy and brown than vegetable shortening usually does or so I think. I'll use it again next time I have to grease and flour a cake pan.
Not much else going on. Been sewing just a bit and as usual reading too much.
